Location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of medieval Lübeck with unbeatable proximity to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel's modern facilities and sleek design were super impressive, while the comfortable rooms and good amenities made our stay jaw-droppingly enjoyable. The strict CoVid19 regulations gave us peace of mind, and the convenience of a 20-minute walk from the train station was a huge plus. The bar/lounge area was a cool spot to relax, and the 24-hour reception and express check-in/ out made everything super easy. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and lift. Plus, the fact that pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed on site was a big bonus!

Our recent stay during Christmas was quite enjoyable. the hotel staff was very friendly, providing complimentary drinks in the lobby, which was a nice touch. the location was great, situated in the heart of the city close to shops and cafes. We also appreciated that the hotel had a gym facility to work off the holiday indulgences.
The breakfast, though decent, was a bit pricey, and towards the end, the selection was limited. parking was not readily available, and when we did find it, it was expensive.

Convenient location near the medieval part of town 🏰. The hotel is situated right next to the old city center, surrounded by historic buildings and an alley with construction materials and a construction digger.

The location of this hotel was amazing! I could easily walk to the main shopping street and enjoy boat tours departing in just a 5-minute walk. There were so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was so modern and well-designed, and my room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.
Not obvious to find.

During my Easter weekend stay, I had a decent experience at this hotel. The breakfast offered was relatively good, and the location was perfect for me as it was near the center of the city. There was also a suitable parking option available that made it easy for me to move around.
My stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The room was very cold, which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, it's right in the heart of the city's old town center. You can easily access the best spots, cafes, and bakeries. the room had a well-equipped and modern bathroom and my family members were happy with the sizes of their rooms. the hotel offered a wide array of facilities such as breakfast options just around the corner and the funky and modern interior design.
The hotel staff seemed uninterested and weren't enthusiastic enough to provide us with a warm welcome.

The hotel had a modern design and the rooms were spacious enough for two people. The location was excellent, right next to the main square where the city hall, cafes, and attractions were all within walking distance. Plus, the check-in/check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
The lack of parking facilities, although there was a nearby parking building with a discounted rate. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, resulting in a wait for tables.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had modern facilities. the location couldn't have been better, with the city hall, cafes, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the lounge area and the excellent alcohol-free cocktails in the bar.
Although there was no parking lot, the paid public garage next door worked well for us. Cons: Everything was great!
